Periodic Maintenance service and On-Site Assistance
To maintain high performance and productivity of the systems, periodic maintenance contracts are proposed based on the technical needs of the installed systems. A team of specialized technicians is also dedicated to on-site assistance to carry out repairs, replace urgent spare parts, minimizing Customer stop. The direct relationship with the Customer, reliability and experience in the sector are the main plus of this service.
HelpDesk and Teleservice
In the event of breakdowns and downtime, the Trascar help desk is always active, providing the necessary telephone assistance to the Customer in real time. The remote assistance service is organized and managed entirely internally by Trascar staff. A PC/PLC software technical support accesses the PC/PLC installed on the Customer’s system via VPN, thus cancelling the travel times of the operators involved in the intervention and restoring operation in a very short time.
Continuous training
Trascar, also acting as a partner on training in the field, offers an operator training service on the use of the systems, with particular attention to the safety rules to be observed and to the ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance procedures.
