The foundation
M.R.M. Trascar S.p.A. (TRASportatori CARrelli), a company specialised in the construction of transport systems and trolleys in various sectors, is established in Modena.
TRASCAR DUE S.p.A.
Giuseppe Gelati becomes a member of the Board of Directors. The company changes its name, from M.R.M Trascar S.r.l to TRASCAR DUE S.p.A.
M.R.M Trascar S.r.l to TRASCAR DUE S.p.A
Giuseppe Gelati enters with a share of 1/3. The company changes its name from TRASCAR DUE to TRASCAR S.p.A.
Development of advanced technologies

ISO 9001:2008 certification and Certificate of Qualification for the execution of public works (SOA, category OS4, Class 7) renewed in 2015.
Acquisition of U.T.I.T.
Acquisition of U.T.I.T. (founded in 1960), a company specialised in the construction of automation systems ,including the Textile and Pharmaceutical Lines sectors.
Certifications
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental certification. Adoption of the new Model pursuant to (It.) Legislative Decree 231 of 2001 and of the Corporate Code of Ethics.
Turnover of €35 million
Trascar achieves a turnover of 35 million euros thanks to an established presence worldwide.

Category 8 in the Certificate of Qualification for the Execution of Public Works (SOA, category OS4, Class 8).
Top-of-the-range solutions for different sectors
Over the years, our company has tried to establish itself in the design of handling systems suitable for multiple industrial sectors, a decision aimed at providing support and cutting-edge equipment to a wider range of businesses. For example, in 1996, Trascar built its first plant for the handling and packaging of non-woven rolls, while in 2006, it developed the first centralised palletising plant for the food sector: cutting-edge systems that have enabled client companies operating in new industrial sectors to optimise the entire logistics process.
