CONSULTING
Our skilled staff visits the client company’s facilities to assess the type of integrated logistics systems most suitable for the industrial sector it belongs to, specific logistics and production needs, and the available space. It then proposes tailored standard automations aimed at optimising the entire logistics process.
DESIGN
Subsequently, our team of experts transcribes all the information gathered during the consultancy stage onto paper and drafts the CAD project containing the data of all the integrated logistics solutions desired by the client company.
SIMULATIONS
Once the design has been approved, the 3D rendering is carried out: palletising and de-palletising systems, automated warehouses, and automated handling and picking systems are graphically shown in synergy with the company spaces intended to accommodate the new logistics solutions.
INSTALLATION AND WORK MANAGEMENT
In a final step, the handling, picking, and storage systems designed for the client company are installed. Our skilled team, after correctly planning each integrated logistics solution, provides on-site basic training activities for the correct and efficient use of Trascar automated solutions. Training, moreover, proceeds online and develops along two main tracks: basic use of robotic machines and maintenance in case of any malfunctions.
