Located in the immediate outskirts of Modena, Trascar is structured on an area of approx. 6.000 square meters, where the integrated logistics systems are entirely designed, assembled and tested before final shipment.

Since 2013 U.T.I.T., a company specialized in the construction of automation systems including the Textile and Pharmaceutical Lines sectors, has become part of Trascar.

Foundation
Birth in Modena of M.R.M. TRASCAR S.r.l. (TRAsportatori CARrelli), a company specializing in the construction of transport systems and trolleys in various sectors.
1987 - Gelati Giuseppe becomes a member of the Board of Directors. The company changes its name, from M.R.M Trascar S.r.l to TRASCAR DUE S.p.A
1992 - Gelati Giuseppe has a share of 1/3. The company changes its name from TRASCAR DUE to TRASCAR S.p.A.
1993 - Gelati Giuseppe becomes President of TRASCAR S.p.A.
Trascar realizes the first Non-Woven reels handling and packaging system.
Gelati Giuseppe acquires 100% of the company shares becoming the sole shareholder of TRASCAR S.p.A.
Trascar realizes the first centralized palletizing system (food sector).
Trascar realizes the first fully automated warehouse (food sector).
Obtaining the ISO 9001: 2008 certification and the Qualification Certificate for the execution of public works (SOA, category OS4, Classification 7) then renewed in 2015
Acquisition of U.T.I.T. (born in 1960), a company specializing in the construction of automation systems including the Textile and Pharmaceutical Lines sectors
Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental certification. Adoption of the new Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 of 2001 and the Company Code of Ethics.
Trascar reaches a turnover of € 35 million thanks to a consolidated presence all over the world.
Achievement 8 Category in the Certificate of qualification for the execution of public works (SOA, category OS4, Ranking 8).
